How to Process a Return
1) Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number – Email us at sales@tg10automobilesllc.us with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
2) Package the Item Securely – Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documents that came with the item.
3) Ship the Item – Send the package to the address provided along with your RA number clearly labeled.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
